Electrical Wholesaling magazine is the electrical industry's leading monthly publication for distributors of electrical supplies. Each month, the magazine brings nearly 22,000 readers the information they need to run their businesses more profitably and sell more electrical supplies. Since it was founded in 1920 as The Jobber's Salesman, the magazines has won numerous Jesse H. Neal awards from the American Business Press and national awards from the American Society of Business Publication Editors for editorial excellence.

Jim Lucy, chief editor, has covered the electrical industry since joining Electrical Wholesaling in 1982. He has been the editor in chief of EW since 1992, also serving as editor in chief of CEE News from 1999 to 2002. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, and a Master of Arts degree in communications, both from Glassboro State College, Glassboro, New Jersey.

Doug Chandler, executive editor, returned to Electrical Wholesaling in November 2006 after seven years of seeking fortune as a freelance writer, covering distribution and small business all the while. His first tour of duty on our staff and Electrical Marketing newsletter was from 1992 to 1999. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Kansas.
